This group is the money path. Every destination here changes either what a shopper is asked to pay, or what happens to an order after they have paid.

What is in this group

Destination	What it governs
Payments	Which payment methods your store offers and how they are connected.
Checkout	How the checkout itself behaves — the steps a shopper goes through between the cart and the confirmation.
Rates & zones	What shipping costs, and where you ship to. Zones define the geography; rates define the price within a zone.
Carriers & shipping	The carriers you hand parcels to, and the credentials that let CIQRA talk to them.
Tax exemptions	Cases where the default tax treatment does not apply.
Invoicing	How invoices are produced for orders.

Rates and zones are two questions, not one

A common surprise: a zone with no rate covering part of its weight or price range leaves a gap, and an order that falls in the gap has no shipping method to offer. The admin warns about coverage gaps for this reason. If a shopper reports “no shipping options”, the gap is the first thing to check — before the carrier connection, which is a different failure with a different symptom.

Carrier credentials are write-only

When you connect a carrier, the secret you paste is stored but never shown back to you — the field stays empty when you return to the screen. That is intentional, not a bug: a secret that can be read back out of a form is a secret that leaks through anyone who can open the form. If you need to change it, you paste a new one; there is no way to retrieve the old one from CIQRA, so keep your own copy where you keep your other credentials.

What this page does not say

• It does not give click-paths. No verified screenshot of these screens exists in this help centre yet.
• It does not tell you what tax you owe. Tax exemptions here are a mechanism for recording an exception; whether an exception applies to a given customer or product is a question for your accountant, not for us.
• It does not cover CIQRA Pay itself. Payments here is the store-side configuration; the payments product has its own section.
