Every report, at a glance

CIQRA analytics spans eleven report families, each answering a different question about your store. They’re all first-party — measured by your own store, and privacy- and consent-aware. This page is the map: what each report answers, and where a full guide exists.

Report family What it answers
Overview The headline health of your store — revenue, orders, sessions, visitors, conversion and average order value, each versus the previous period.
Realtime What’s happening right now — live visitors, events per minute, and the top pages and sources this moment.
Time series How your key metrics trend over time, so you can spot direction, seasonality and the effect of changes.
Product performance Which products are working — the items driving views, orders and revenue.
Traffic sources Where your visitors come from, so you can see which channels bring people in.
Search analytics What shoppers search for on your store — the terms they use and where those searches lead.
Attribution Which channels drive results, crediting the sources behind your orders and revenue.
Funnel Where shoppers move forward or drop off on the path from viewing a product to purchase.
Cohort retention How groups of customers come back over time, week by week.
LTV / RFM Customer value and segmentation — lifetime value, RFM segments and your top customers.
Abandoned carts The sales that almost happened — carts started but not completed.

Five report families have step-by-step guides, grounded in the real admin:

Three more have conceptual overviews that explain what they answer:

The families answer different halves of the same questions. Overview and Time series tell you how much and which way; Traffic sources, Search analytics and Attribution tell you where it came from; Funnel and Abandoned carts tell you where it’s leaking; and Cohort retention and LTV / RFM tell you who comes back and what they’re worth. Read together, they take you from a number to a next step.
