Product performance

The Product performance report answers a question every merchant asks: which products are actually working? It’s one of CIQRA’s eleven first-party report families — measured by your own store, and privacy- and consent-aware.

Product performance turns your catalogue into a ranked picture of demand and revenue. At its core it connects three things for each product:

  • Views — how much interest an item attracts.
  • Orders — how often that interest turns into a sale.
  • Revenue — how much money the item actually brings in.

Read together, those tell you far more than any one of them alone. A product with huge views but few orders has a conversion problem — pricing, imagery, or description. A quietly high earner you weren’t paying attention to might deserve more prominence. And a long tail of items with almost no views may be diluting your catalogue.

  • Find your winners. The products topping revenue are the ones worth protecting — keep them in stock, feature them, and build lookalikes.
  • Spot the conversion gaps. High views with low orders flags an item whose page or price needs work, not more traffic.
  • Prune the dead weight. Items with negligible views and orders are candidates to merge, refresh, or retire.
  • Feed your merchandising. Use the ranking to decide what goes on the homepage, in collections, and in your ad campaigns.

Product performance tells you what sells. Pair it with the Funnel to see where shoppers drop off on the way to buying a product, and with the Overview for the store-wide totals those product numbers roll up into. For the full map of report families, see Every report, at a glance.
