Analytics & Reports

Analytics turns your store’s activity into answers. CIQRA’s reports are built on first-party analytics — measured by your own store, privacy-aware and consent-aware — so you get a clear, honest picture without relying on third-party trackers.

Why don’t CIQRA’s numbers match Google Analytics or my ad platform?

Section titled “Why don’t CIQRA’s numbers match Google Analytics or my ad platform?”

CIQRA analytics is first-party — measured by your own store — while third-party tools measure with their own methods, attribution windows and consent handling. Because each system counts differently, the totals will rarely match exactly. CIQRA’s figures reflect what your store observed with consent granted.

It means the reports are measured by your own storefront rather than relying on third-party trackers. That makes the picture more resilient to ad blockers and browser privacy features, and it keeps the measurement under your store’s control.

Yes. Analytics is consent-aware, so events accrue only when shoppers have granted consent. If little consent has been given, there will be little data to report — this is by design.

Usually one of three things — consent hasn’t been granted, the date range you’re viewing doesn’t cover when activity happened, or the store is new and hasn’t accumulated events yet. The Realtime report is a quick way to confirm tracking is working at all.

Eleven report families — Overview, Realtime, Time series, Product performance, Traffic sources, Search analytics, Attribution, Funnel, Cohort retention, LTV/RFM and Abandoned carts. Every report, at a glance maps what each one answers.

Realtime shows live activity — visitors, events and sources happening right now — so it’s best read as a near-real-time pulse of your store rather than a settled, reconciled total. For finalised figures, use the Overview and the other reports over a date range.

Can I choose the time period a report covers?

Section titled “Can I choose the time period a report covers?”

Yes. The grounded report guides use a date control to set the window you’re measuring — for example, the last 30 days — so you can look at any period you need.
